As a mom of two school-aged children, Rachael Smith, founder of Mrs. Smith’s Bags, knows the challenges that parents of young children face. With a sincere desire to help parents everywhere, she became inspired with ideas to build the most organized and spacious line of diaper bags ever made.

Title: CEO and Founder, Mrs. Smith's Bags
Inspired by: My grandmother and my kids
Funniest thing my kid ever said: "Mom, I only have two hands." "Hello my name is Wrigley Smith, and I'm here today to teach you about Legos."
What is your favorite bag and its feature? Exotic. It is a soft, plush fabric.
My kids think I do this for a living: Sell diaper bags
Favorite quote: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you NOT to be? Your playing small does not serve the world." - Marianne Williamson
When I retire: I want to have a place where my family can visit, enjoy each other's company, and watch the sun set.
One word that would describe me: Inquisitive

Favorite quote: "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference." - Reinhold Niebuhr

One word that would describe me: Empathetic

Name: James M. Lynch
Title: Corporate Coach

Funniest thing my kid ever said: Too much to share on this one -- my kids make me roll in the aisle.

Name: Michael L. Kenaga
Title: Director of Patents, IpHorgan Ltd.
Inspired by: I have always been and continue to be inspired by my Mother, Helen and my sister, Patricia -- two strong women who, sadly, are no longer with us except in spirit.
Funniest thing my kid ever said: My son expressed a desire to live at home after college to save money. As rent, he suggested he could take his mother and me out to dinner each month. I just told him we can talk about that after college...
What is your favorite bag and its feature? I love the polka dot bag. It screams fun and reminds me when my teenage children were younger. The bag is truly functional, and it was apparent to me shortly after seeing the bag for the first time. It is empowering as a result of being organized. In contrast, years ago, my wife and I toted around a cute purple bag that contained all the basics to take a toddler out and about. However, whenever you needed anything, it was a nightmare to retrieve quickly or on-the-go.
My kids think I do this for a living: When my kids were younger, they thought I just sat in my office looking out the window and then grabbed some money on my way out of the office.
Favorite quote: One of my favorite quotes is "What the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve" - Napoleon Hill, who wrote Think & Grow Rich. I read his book while going to law school and found it inspirational.
When I retire: I hope to be very active during retirement. I look forward to playing more tennis with my wife, Theresa, and spending time with our children and hopefully grandchildren. Theresa and I both wish to volunteer within our community.
One word that would describe me: Always learning. Oops, that's two words...
